Professor Shyn Chyn (Julie) Minn, MA, is a Professor of Chinese Language and Culture at Truman State University. Professor Minn is responsible for the Chinese curriculum at Truman; she is the advisor for the Interdisciplinary Studies major with a concentration in Chinese, chairs the Asian Studies minor, and advises the Society for Sino-American Study. Professor Minn is also the director of the Truman State University Summer Study Abroad Program to Shanghai University. In addition, she advises the students from Truman State University who pursue semester-long studies at Beijing University, Nanjing University, and Shanghai University. Professor Minn is actively involved in the recruitment of Chinese students for Truman State University and in all cultural events in which Chinese students are involved at Truman State University.

殷士琴（朱莉）教授，文学硕士，是杜鲁门州立大学教授中国语言文化的中文教授。她负责教授杜鲁门州立大学的汉语课程，并担任跨学科研究中的中国研究方向的指导老师，东亚研究辅修课的教授，以及中美研究协会的顾问。殷教授同时还担任杜鲁门州立大学与上海大学夏季交流项目的负责人。同时，她还推荐杜鲁门州立大学的学生作为交换生去北京大学、南京大学和上海大学进行长达一学期的学习、交流。殷教授积极参与杜鲁门州立大学中国学生的招生工作，以及中国学生与杜鲁门州立大学的各种文化交流活动。
